We treat your data the way we treat your condo’s accounts: with clarity. Here’s what we collect, what for, and what your rights are.

1 Who is responsible for your data

DILECA SOLUCIONES DIGITALES SRL (operating under the CondoÁgil brand), domiciled in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is responsible for processing the personal data we collect through condoagil.com, the resident portal, the partner portal and our support channels.

This policy applies to residents, board members, property managers, referral-program partners, job applicants and visitors to the site.

2 What data we collect

Contact and identification data: name, phone (including WhatsApp), email, and the unit or condo you belong to.

Condo management data: dues status, payments made, requests and communications with our team.

Applicant data: résumé, experience and the information you share with us when applying for a position.

Technical data: basic browsing information (device type, pages visited) to improve the site. We don’t sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.

3 What we use your data for

To provide the management service: collect dues, send notices and account statements, handle requests and coordinate maintenance.

To communicate with you through the channels you authorize, mainly WhatsApp and email.

To evaluate applications: for early access, the partner program or job openings.

To meet legal and accounting obligations arising from condo management.

4 Use of artificial intelligence

We use AI tools for repetitive tasks: drafting reminders, reconciling payments and preparing responses. These tools operate under our team’s supervision; decisions that affect you are always made by a person.

We don’t use your personal data to train third-party AI models.

5 Who we share data with

With your condo’s governing body (board or assembly), in matters related to condo management, for example dues statements.

With providers who help us operate: payment gateways, messaging (including WhatsApp Business), data hosting. They only receive what’s needed for their function and under confidentiality agreements.

With authorities, when a legal obligation requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

6 How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the relationship with your condo or program exists, and after that only for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or tax obligations. Data from applicants who aren’t selected is kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7 Your rights

Under Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic, you can access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to certain forms of processing.

To exercise these rights, write to us at privacidad@condoagil.com with your name and the condo or program you belong to. We respond within the legal timeframes.

8 How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, and periodic review of the permissions held by our team and providers.

No system is foolproof; if an incident affecting your data were to occur, we’ll notify you and take the corrective measures that apply.

9 Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to function and basic usage metrics that help us improve it. You can set your browser to block them; the site will keep working, though some preferences won’t be remembered.

10 Changes to this policy

We’ll publish the current version here along with its update date. If the change is significant, we’ll announce it through the usual channels before it takes effect.
