Why is access by approval?
Because we work closely with each condo during setup. We open just a few spots at a time to do it right, which is why we review every request before granting access.
What happens after I send my request?
We review it personally and, if there’s room in the group, we message you on WhatsApp within 1–2 business days. It’s a short conversation to get to know your condo and see if we’re a fit.
Does requesting cost anything or commit me?
Not at all. We don’t ask for a card and you don’t sign anything to request. If after talking you decide it’s not for you, no worries.
How much does the service cost?
It depends on the size and needs of your condo. We talk it through straight on the first call, and the founding group learns the terms before anyone else.
Where are you operating?
We’re starting in the Dominican Republic. Tell us where your condo is in the request and we’ll confirm whether we can serve it at this stage.
